Our Process…

Stage 1 | First Consultation. One of our specialist design consultants will arrange to visit you for a detailed brief to understand your needs, style, colour preferences and the intended use of the space. We’ll bring a selection of samples of different materials with us to help you make some primary decisions. Once we have gained an understanding of your needs, we’ll measure the space, draw up a sketch and discuss further details that will help us produce an accurate quote.

Stage 2 | Quotation. After revisiting the information discussed, we’ll prepare a quote which will include a detailed cost breakdown of the cabinetry required. If this is a quote for a bespoke kitchen, the cost may also include worktops and appliances. At this stage, we’ll also put together suggestions of adjustments that could be made to the design to better align with your budget or provide an alternative option.

Stage 3 | Design/3D Drawings. If the quote is to your acceptance, we can then start developing your design by producing costed 3D drawings and annotations. Our expert design team will prepare a layout and design proposal to convey the configuration and context of your space by generating 2 to 3 options for you to choose from.

Stage 4 | Second Consultation. We arrange a follow-up meeting to review those options, share thoughts, answer any questions you may have and make tweaks to the design and drawings wherever necessary.

Stage 5 | Updates and Approval. Once you are completely satisfied with the design and drawings, we will amend the quote accordingly and send it to you for approval and order confirmation.

Stage 6 | Manufacture Confirmation. After the order is confirmed by you, a member of our highly skilled installation team will remeasure the space to confirm the dimensions match the plans. Approved drawings and annotations will then be sent to our factory for bespoke production to begin.

Stage 7 | Installation. The final stage of your bespoke piece is installation. Our priority is to ensure that every element is fitted impeccably and that everything looks and functions exactly as it should.

Stage 8 | Aftercare. Once our work is complete, we’ll provide recommendations for the care of the cabinetry to keep the piece in the best condition.
